the room was absolutely terrible, with a ripped curtain and an electrical outlet that didn’t work. and to top it off, I expected the red carpet treatment, given my impeccable taste, but instead, just received basic amenities. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t. I mean, really, it shouldn’t be that hard to provide decent accommodations.

The kids loved the pool and breakfast offered a great variety, including make-your-own waffles! While minor issues like an outdated vending machine popped up, they were easy to overlook for an enjoyable stay. The staff was accommodating and friendly, making it a pleasant experience overall. I'd definitely recommend this place for family trips!

Room cleanliness could use significant improvement!!! The worn-out carpets and awkward room layouts detracted from the overall comfort. Access to nearby dining options was severely limited. A basic renovation could truly elevate the experience!!!

The facility is old and dated!!! Housekeeping left much to be desired with hair on the sheets!!! The atmosphere felt cramped with oversized furniture detracting from comfort!!! A complete overhaul of room conditions is necessary!!!

This hotel was a good match for a flying visit in Dimondale with very good value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the large flat-screen TV in my room, which made my downtime enjoyable. Make sure to ask about available amenities upon check-in for a better experience.

i stayed at comfort inn for one night and appreciated its great location for an overnight stay near lansing, michigan. the staff was super helpful, especially the gentleman at check-in who printed directions for me. having access to recreational amenities like an indoor pool was a nice touch too.
